COVID - 19 IMPACT ON THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY

Since the begin of late january the world has faced on of the biggest pandemic crisis ever.This resulted in jobs loss, school closures and people have to stay home to quarantine. As this pandemic continues still how has it impacted the entertainment industry?

As huge as the entertainment industry stands today, reports have that many production crews and casts have begun to return to work after months away. Especially in places like with loosened restrictions, have begun productions. Though things aren't back to normal there are major regulations or rules in place to help workers safety. This includes the wearing of face masks, hand sanitizer and social distancing.

Another issue is movie theater closures. La Times reported a 560 million dollar loss in most recent reports. As of today many places have opened up with limited capacity because of safety regulation. Although these are the many things happening during these things it may still be some time before things get back to normal. With this new way of life many entertainment industries are finding ways to still operate but in a safe manner and help aid things back to normal.
